  • Place the wine glass on Wine HIT .
  • Ensure the base of the glass remains in full contact with the card’s surface.
  • Wait 2 minutes and 30 seconds to allow the selective redox harmonization process to unfold.
  • Then, remove the glass and let the wine rest for 20 seconds before tasting.

This mode provides optimal harmonization under standardized conditions, ensuring consistent and reliable results across different wines.

Personalized Mode

Place Wine HIT on a flat, stable surface.

  • Place the wine glass on Wine HIT.
  • Ensure the base of the glass remains in full contact with the card’s surface
  • Keep one finger gently on the fingerprint icon for the entire treatment time.
  • Wait 2 minutes and 30 seconds, then remove the glass and let the wine rest for 20 seconds before tasting.
